I exercise everyday however it was just pure cardio. I'm now learning about weights I just started getting into them! My food is on point, and I have been losing at my own pace if don't know how so fast but I'm doing it the healthy way.

what would you recommend for carbs? the only carbs I eat that i can think of are apples, strawberries, banana's, and thats about it! or should I eliminate carbs?
