I Lost around 190lb in just under 2 years and have been keeping most of it off for over 15 months. I just put around 7-8lb back and now happily maintain at around 147lb. You can read my story here.…

Yep I've lost over 190lb and have been maintaining at around 147lb for the past 14 months. I still log and weigh everything and probably always will. To me weighing and calorie counting is just part of the cooking process nowadays :smiley:

I lost over 13st on slimming world and using MFP. I was a UK man on the year semi finalist in 2014, still go every week and have been maintaining for over a year. I run a slimming world facebook group that has almost 130,000 members, thousands of the have lost incredible amounts of weight.

Jade I lost 11½st to have my open heart surgery and I did it in 15 months. I've since lost another 2 stone, all I ever did was stick to 1200 calories per day and swim 4-5 times per week and the weight flew off. Hope all goes fantastic for you :-)

I've heard some of you afix your fitbit to your dogs when out are walking then let them off the leash lol (I of course don't have a dog) ;)

I work an office job as well, what I do is park just over a mile away from work then walk in. After work I then walk back to my car to do the 6 mile drive home, I then park up and take a 40 minute walk to the shop for my grocery. 10k pretty easy.
