How did you do on the fit test? Whenever you did it. haha it's soo awesome that you didn't think Max Interval Circuit was too bad! I thought it was so much harder than month one workouts. I probably could have pushed myself even harder with some of the moves, but I had less energy from also doing the Fit Test beforehand.…

Great results! I am also very nervous for month 2... I'm doing the back-to-back because that is what the schedule calls for. No wayy am I sacrificing my break day.. a break day is a break day. I'll probably finish the fit test (which shouldn't burn us out too bad), re-fill my water bottle, relax for a few minutes, and go…

I'm so proud of everyone! You're all doing faaantastic. Today marked the first day of my recovery week.. what a burn. Holy cow. And I can definitely say I'm nervous for month two as well.. ahhh.

I'll be finishing month one tomorrow! (minus the break day).. my ab definition has improved slightly, and my endurance has increased(: I'm soo glad I started it too.. so it's no problem at all. haha agreed, you all keep me motivated as well! Month two will be OURS.

Probably too sore (; I know I won't be giving up! I'm not having any back problems, but my abs have been getting pains during the workouts when I keep them flexed.. so I agree that you might just need to keep your abs engaged.

Just finished my fit test! Some of my numbers were actually lower this time around because my posture has improved so much! Before, I must have been doing them horribly.. because there is no way- had I been doing them properly. Really, I can tell my fitness has already improved, whether or not some of this says so. :smile:…

If you think you can handle Insanity, and stick with it, it would definitely do the trick! I actually feel like my muscle mass has increased since starting Insanity a couple weeks ago. The JM videos would probably work too, but they aren't as intense as Insanity; so it'd probably take longer.

I am as well.(: be sure to watch the cake and wine a little better! A treat is fine, but you wouldn't want to ruin all this hard work. I'm feeling slightly more flexible, but today I really noticed it was easier to push myself longer.. less breaks! Small victories for the win.

Glad you're with us! I researched a lot about when people find most of their results with this program.. and the ones who didn't give up (after not seeing the pounds fall within the first month) lost most, if not all of their pounds lost, within the last month. So we got this!

I'm on day 11, and I've lost 2 pounds maximum. but my weight is also fluctuating.. between being 2 pounds less than day one of Insanity, and being one pound less. I like to think I'm skiing down a huge hill whenever I do them, and if I stop skiing, I'll fall? It helps me a little. haha I LOVE those squats. It's such a good burn. I'm excited for our results too..! (but whoever doesn't want to post them, that's perfectly fine too)

Today is day 10 for me, which means tomorrow is cardio recovery! I'm also very excited to try cardio abs on the 13th.. how is everyone doing?

haha, i'm quoting myself, but.. i lost that pound, plus another one this morning! So now I'm one pound less than where I started. and this is why you can't always trust the scale.. but I am feeling and looking a little better.(: hopefully it's not just mental. haha

I burned 327.. and that was with me letting it run during the cool down. I think I'm just going to accept that I'll never burn as much as a 6 ft, 200 lb man, and I'll probably never burn 1000 calories with these workouts. I'm happy when it hits the 300's, to be honest.
