It's been 10 days and I already feel like I'm in significantly better shape. I haven't lost more than a couple pounds, but I feel much tighter and the workouts are less of a strain on my body. :) Any similar results?

First week completed! Sounds like we've mostly all had success. :) Week 2: prepare to conquer!

Just finished workout 2! One of my favorites :) I'll focus on increasing dumbbell weight next time.

Call me crazy, but I love planks! Suicides (from cardio 1), on the other hand... I did workout 1 earlier today in the morning and just finished cardio 1. As far as workouts go, I enjoyed them :)

Yep, and thanks! Try something harder if you don't feel like it was a good enough workout for you.. no shame in that. It was my base for fitness.. I'm really glad I started there. And I've heard that about TurboFire as well!(:

If you don't feel like you've lost what you built up from the month, just start where you left off. If you're on recovery week, that would work perfectly.. because chances are, month 2 will be a shock to your body whether or not you did all of the workouts of month one, and also because of your current surroundings.
