My daughter loves carrott, celery, cuecumber or pepper sticks. She is a very fussy eater. I can also keep some in my handbag to eat insted if cake!

I'm eating 1600 cal per day, I try to eat protein rich lunch ( other wise I want to go to sleep) generally balanced and watching my sugar and white carb intake as I'm an addict! Balanced dinner with lots of vegetables

Natural yogurt. Soft fruit, maybe look up what babies can eat when they are at the pureed stage. Oh and soup. Good luck with your surgery

Hi I'm 5 6 and 175 pounds mfp says I should be eating 1610 Cals a day. 1200 sounds too low, I agree with your trainer at 1200 you won't have the strength to work out.

I am British. Over here most of us stopped taking sugar in tea in the 1980's. If you went cold turkey with the sweetner I bet you would get used to the taste in no time.

Mc donalds fish burgers are approximately 350 calories in the UK. Similar to the calories in a pre packed sandwich.

1000 calories isn't enough. you may not be able to sustain this calorie intake for any length of time. And wouldnt have enough energy to go about daily life let alone work out. I also worry that losing weight fast may lead to saggy skin, but I have no evidence for this theory. Good luck.

Do you have to wear shorts. Longer pants are more flattering. If you wear a top that covers your stomach with a curved hem that should flatter your shape.

I find it difficult to socialise because it often revolves around food and drink. Not all friendships stand the test of time. Perhaps it suits some people to have a fat friend.

A dietician told me we should use our hand size as a guide. A fist is the amount of cArbs to eat in meal and a palm is the amount of protien we should eat.

1400 calories does sound very little for such an active person. I'm eating a 250 calorie a day defacit and am losing 1lb every two week. It's slow progress but working so far. Good luck.
