3 meals a day and no snacks
I've relapsed and gained 5 pounds mainly due to issues with sugar/ carb addiction. Back on mfp today. Was thinking of trying three healthy balanced and portion controlled meals per day. What do you think?

burning visceral ( belly) fat
I'm female and carry a lot of weight around my middle. I lost 22 pounds last year and have maintained the loss. My middle looks better but is still out of scale with the rest of my body. I would love a waist. Any advice?
