  • You need a rest day. This gives your muscles time to recover from the exercise you have done all week.
  • I'm 23! Feel free to add me
  • Thanks for the advice everyone :-) I managed to burn over 700 cals this morning and will eat a small lunch so I can eat well later. I find Italian food when eating out hard as all my favourites, the bread and cheese on the menu just scream ' EAT ME - eat me in high quantities!' and I find it hard to not give into the…
  • 14.16% Target :26.32% Not bad
  • I did my first workout today to see what all the fuss was about. I didn't need much room ( just as well as I have a small workout space too!) and the only equipment needed was light dumbbells, but you could probably use some cans of baked beans or something instead. It was high intensity and I burned off over 300 cals in…
  • In my old job, had to work with a few Americans and I found the way they said 'Niche' quite odd. Took me a while to figure out what they were saying as they seemed to add a t into the word so it sounded like nitche.
  • I love this show and it reminds me why its important for me to take my vitamins!
  • Have you tried doing the push up from your knees? I can't do full push ups yet and I'm still trying to build up my reps. About 2 weeks ago, I could only do 3 or 4 on my knees, by doing them every other day, as well as other weight training, I can now do 10 no problem. Once I can do 15 comfortably, then I'll try full push…
  • I've already come down from a size 14 top to 12 (UK sizes) but my legs have yet to catch up. Ideally I'd love to be a UK size 10. Personally for my frame I think it would be a nice size to show off my one day lovely toned body!
  • I lost my boobs :( But it gave me an excuse to go bra shopping!
  • Thank you for sharing this. It is good to let it all out and I think I'll share with you my story. My brother lead me into such temptations. When my mum and dad were at work, gone from 6am to 7pm during school holidays as well as weekends, we would walk down to town and hit supermarket snack aisle. Bourbons, digestives,…
  • I love options hot chocolate. Gives me that chocolate hit and it's always nice just before bed :-)
  • I'm the same. I also get really hungry on days I do weight training. I do give in and eat a little more these days, but only if I'm sure it's not water I need.
  • This show is great. Not only does it highlight (again!) effects of being overweight, but also shows the side effects of not eating enough, which I don't think is highlighted as much as it should be - especially the psychological side. Knowing that they are given a sensible diet plan to follow after the show, shows that…
  • I think it's the law and you HAVE to do this.

  • Good read for a Friday morning :-) Thanks for posting
  • I'm a bit odd like that too. I have no issue going to the gym and sweating like mad infront of strangers, but when I do a workout at home and my boyfriend walks into the room, he tells me to ignore him and carry on, but I just can't. Although doing a workout with my mum at her house is no problem and we love working out…
  • I used to weigh myself everyday first thing in the morning and I got annoyed when I fluctuated so easily. I found that I put a towel over the scales - no peeking!

  • What a transformation! Really impressive - well done. I may need to show these images to my boyfriend to get his *kitten* in gear
  • Hi Maxxi! Feel free to add me, I'm a Londoner, but have half my family in NI. Good luck with your 30DS!!
  • I would go with LifeProof. Much more slim line than Otterbox. I have used Otterbox cases on my phone before and always find dirt gets under to cover and wouldn't trust it with water. The LifeProof ones can also be used with waterproof headphones so you can have your tunes while you swim.
  • I would advise going to a specialist running shop. The people who work there can get you to take a quick 10 meter jog down the road and will know what will suit you. This will be based on your running style and how you step as well as foot form.
  • Good reading. Thanks for sharing
  • I think that the easiest way would to be with a heart rate monitor and then logging the cals burnt like that.
  • I've had mine since Christmas and I can't do a workout without it. Very easy to use and clear, never had a problem about it - I'd say go for it!
  • I'm from London, but my best friend and my boyfriend are both Brummies!
  • Heey! I'm from London :-) This site is great and keeps you motivated. Welcome, I'm sure you'll soon be addicted - feel free to add me as a friend
  • I must be funny as my boyfriend laughs at what I say a lot - especially when I'm not telling jokes or trying to be quick witted.
