I am on a high protein diet to put on muscle and I lift twice a week for 30-45 minutes and I have been doing this for 4-5 weeks and I can see a pretty noticeable difference, so I would say that lifting for 30 minutes to tone should be fine...

So I ran my first half marathon last Sunday and I did not eat anything the morning of. I was drained by the end of the run. I could barely finish, but I ran the whole thing. I had run 10-12 miles 3 other times around my house and never felt that bad...I recommend trying things on your long runs and sticking to what works…

I put what I am, which for me is lightly active, and then I enter the exercise...safer that way, otherwise you might be eating more than you are burning. If you put your lifestyle as active when you are only talking about being active due to the exercise that you are also getting calories for by entering it in it might not…

I am down 20 and have 10-20 to go and feel great and think I look 10x better already. I feel in better shape and am actually starting to enjoy running now.

If you don't feel you need it, why eat it?

It should only say that if you are under 1200 calories because it suggests that you eat that many calories minimum per day. It is up to you if you feel you need to eat those calories...I try not to.
