  • I have to add that for the first time in my life, I am considered "Tall". 5'4". Met and maintaining my 142 lb weight goal, lost 26 lbs in 4 months and a lot of the credit goes to Myfitnesspal.com.

  • I am 66 and since March 29, 2011 have shed 23 pounds. Walk about an hour a day on a treadmill and log every ounce I eat, my mainstay lunch meal is a forified salsa concoction and chips.
  • When researching my HRM purchase, I read where you are NOT supposed to wet your hrm chest strap sensors with tap water but use a sensor gel, saliva or allow your body to sweat and to create its own contact. Tap water has minerals, etc that can create incorrect readings.
