Run for 2 hours and 2 minutes straight! It was only about 4.5 mph, but I'm so thrilled! I covered nine miles. Thirty days ago, I was only running for 22 minutes.

I can honestly blame my sore legs on exercise/activity and not on sitting too long in one position.

I jogged 5mph for 25 minutes straight on the treadmill the other day! I started karate recently so I now know a whole bunch of moves I didn't know last month. Within the last month I feel so motivated! I used to work second shift but now I work first. I wake up with tons of energy after eating my smoothie and just good eating in general! ( I still eat some cookies and ice cream, but it fits my cal budget!). I feel this is a good month and hope next month will be a good one too!

I can walk past pizza, chocolate, pastries, bread, crisps, fizzy drinks and processed meats in my local Tesco without a glance at any of it. I feel no temptation at all towards any of it and that feels so good! It also makes me feel not guilty if I do indulge once in a while, because I know it's my choice to do so!

Oh and I can cycle non-stop now for 15 minutes which is a big deal for me! Going to get it pushed up to 20 by the end of this week!

Run continuously for 30 minutes...finished a 5K this weekend in under 45 minutes! Looking forward to seeing how much time I shaved off at the next one in 3 weeks!
