Your completely right about standing vs. Sitting. I actually work at a University gym ( I manage funds) and a GA of our did a presentation on "Sitting is the New smoking". We now can stand at meeting (if we choose) do walking meeting on the track. Thanks for all.of you suggestions!

I think you may have to wait until.your daughter goes to sleep at night then you will have time to fix healthy meals. Yes, you will miss a little sleep, but it will be worth ir. I eat what I wanted at first, then I realized I needed to stay under 1200 calories. So I still ate what I wanted but when I got to 1200 calories for the day I was done. So if I ate 4 snickers that was 1000 calories I would only have enough for a small salad with 2 turkey slices and no dressing. needless to say I got tired…

I did 15 min of free weights right before I went to bed. Loved it. I might do that at least 5 minutes. I felt like I was burning calories all night!

Yes, I was like you thinking how can I go on with 1200 calories. You have to do research to see what food have the lowest calories then go from there. You seem like a volume eater which means you need to eat a lot to make your self feel full. That's okay you just have to eat more veggies! For example I drink a cup of water…

Yes to that. I have had people bake me cakes on my weight loss journey. This is not helpful, but now I don't have that problem as I did not put the world on notice that am out to lose weight. When they find out it will be because they see results!
