    I did 15 min of free weights right before I went to bed. Loved it. I might do that at least 5 minutes. I felt like I was burning calories all night!

    Keep at it. I swear by 30 minutes ..... I've done 20 minutes on lazy days and it's just not enough.
  • i ate 2 pancakes, a grilled breakfast sandwich slathered in cheese, and a plate of hashbrowns. that was a hell of a work out for me.

    Gym was open from 7 am - 11 am. Had a great workout: chest, shoulders, triceps and 30 mins. of cardio. Lots of people in the gym for a Christmas morning.

    Gym is closed, so I'll be doing a run today instead. If it was open, I would most definitely go lift.

    I am doing the heavy lifts with fork from plate to mouth.... Does that count?? lol AnyHoo I shifted my workouts so my rest day fell on Xmas Day so there will just be Eating of All the Foodz today!! Merry Christmas All.........

  • I'm Scandinavian and we only celebrate Christmas Eve and I did spend 1 hour and 40 mins at the gym yesterday so I'll raise my hand even if I had a rest day today. :)

    yep, short quick 3 mile run @ 8:35 pace, lots of people around visiting and of course the bleary eyed early risers (due to excited kids waking early), out walking the dog - Merry Christmas everyone

    Just back from 82 minutes run/walk intervals and brisk walk. Had the park to myself and a beautiful clear 62 degree sunny day to walk/run in.

    couldnt do gym yesterday (xmas day here) since it was closed but back to normal today going in the next hour. I did do a Wii session with my niece and nephew tho, sort of exercise :)
