I weight myself every morning.....I take off the pjs and get on in my undies only!!! Yeah it does drive me nuts, and I'm obsessive about it, but it's the only way I keep on track. I do only record it once per week though. I know all about the flucuations....but who cares?!!!

Wow, yes there is a big difference. I started out a little heavier than you at 201, but I am down to 186 now, only 15 lbs., but I can't wait to see if there is a difference after 25 lbs. I hope I look as good as you do!!! Great job....keep on going.

Logging is the best way to stay on track. Not that I do it all the time myself, but I'm getting better at it. It also helps you to stay within your calorie allowance for that meal and for the whole day. If you don't plan, then plan to fail.....
