Exercises that work on just toning your abs don't really burn many calories at all. To be honest, from the measurements you've given, you don't really need to worry about burning calories, however, if you're just looking to tone up then this video is ideal.

You shouldn't really be exercising on an empty stomach - especially first thing in the morning - breakfast is key to kickstarting your metabolism and helping you burn calories faster. I'd try to break it up; do half a cardio workout first to warm up, then weights, then the second half of your cardio workout as a cool down.

I currently go to the gym every day on my lunch break and do the 30-Day Shred every evening - good to log everything though; every little helps!
