Calorie burn for FitSteps?

Hi all
my Zumba teacher is starting a new FitSteps class later this month - apparently its devised by 2 of the Strictly dancers, based on ballroom/latin steps but done in lines rather than with a partner. She gave us a sampler at our Christmas party class, and its definitely less energetic that Zumba, but does anyone have an idea what the calorie burn might be? I'm guessing similar to "aerobics, regular" but does anyone have a more accurate guesstimate? Thanks!

It varies from person to person, so it's impossible to give a definite answer. However, it could be as much as 400-1000 per hour; it really depends on the person.0

If I'm burning 550 per hour on Zumba (according to MFP calculation, I don't have a HRM) I suppose 400 might be reasonable?0
