  • Hi all, i just started WW online last week, have done WW before. I hope the online version works for me. This new plan is so different from the old plan of PointsPlus. I feel it seems more relaxed but there is a focus of protein and vegetables and more exercising with the fitpoints. Happy tracking!

  • The induction muffins or Muffins in a Minute are a life saver, use them with breakfast with cream cheese or put some sliced turkey and mayo for a sandwich. Pretty yummy.
  • I just recently started Low Carb/Atkins, feel free to add me! I'm looking to lose about 50, I haven't weighed myself yet, but feels loads better!
  • I regularly make tofu chilli with extra firm tofu, my family loves it., here's where I found the recipe: http://vegetarian.about.com/od/tofurecipes/r/tofuchili.htm you can add corn too if you like. This makes a lot, i'd cut the recipe in half.
  • Yes apples are a no-no on induction, I started induction about 2 weeks ago and I feel great so far. And your calories will definitely be lower on low carb, just curious what should the setting on here be for it to total 20 net carbs?

  • Aslamu Alaikum everyone! I'm from Toronto, been on MFP for a few years but just recently started Atkins/ low carb (loosely) it's hard but i'm already noticing some change. I just don't know how i'll fare once Ramadan starts. Insha Allah it will go smoothly , anyone else on here doing low carb?
