I'm 5'0 3/4 LOL SW: 260 CW: 226.2 GW: 145 ( High school weight and I looked good. That's my profile picture as my motivation). I still have a longhaul ahead, but I'll make It!

I weight myself every morning when I wake up. I find its a true motivator. Each morning even if I lose an ounce I find that it helps push me through the next day understanding that what I did the previous day's worked. If I happen to gain a few ounces then it gives me a chance to go back and review my daily food diary and…

As far as motivation goes, I finally got my husband to hop on this weight loss train. Exciting, right? Then, I find out his work having an 8 week biggest loser challenge, where the winner gets $2000, 2nd place $1000, 3rd place $500, and for every pound you lose you get A ticket for drawings for Garmin watches and workout…

5'0, currently 227lbs, 1200 calories a day and honestly it's so much easier than I thought. I walk 4 miles a day, make my 10,000 steps a day, and only sometimes eat some of my exercise calories back. I've lost 9.8lbs in the last 21 days. I have a ton of energy and feeling great. So please no one respond that it's not…

It hasn't happened since that day, so I don't know what happened.

That's what I thought. No I am just walking / running. Although, that was a couple days ago and yesterday went fine and today it did not add any stairs and I went a mile. The treadmill is in the basement so it is cold and fluctuating and I'm short so the distance from the ground to the treadmill which is tall may have…

Caitlin, that's great to know!! I should probably just add in my time on the treadmill, rather than wear the watch, I just enjoy the heart rate monitor. Lol

In three walking miles, it added 24 flights. I didn't want to sit on hold at Fitbit support and I couldn't get their chat to work. I know I was able to adjust when the force was out, but things have changed.

I'm 24 and I officially stopped drinking soda when I was 18. On my 17th birthday I decided I wanted to quit drinking soda and diet soda is worse than regular, so I decided to start slow and stopped drinking dark sodas first. After about a month we had a family outing and by habit I ordered a pepsi. When it arrived I…

I have about 75 lbs more to lose. I'm hoping to lose it by October 2015. Some say its a long time, but I'm taking this process slow. It took a little while to gain, so it's going to take a little while to lose. SW: 257.6 CW: 219.4 Goal: 145 (High school weight shown in profile pic).

I'm 5'0 and I hit my heaviest at 257 in December of 13'. It was a shock and decided then and there that I needed a change. With lowering my calories and moving my water intake up I am currently on a healthy track of losing about 5lbs a month. I'm currently at 220; a 37 pound loss! I remember reading threads in the…

I LOVED my Fitbit Force, but they recalled it, because the charger attachment on the inside of the band was giving skin irritation. I switched it for the Fitbit Flex which I also LOVE. It's very accurate, tracks sleep patterns, I do not realize I'm wearing it, and no skin irritation. When they fix the Force I will be…

My husband bought me the Fitbit Force for Christmas and I am in love with it. It sinks up to MFP easily. I only take it off when I shower and I use that time to charge it. It charges fast and keeps a battery life for days! I believe it really motivates me to get up and make simple goals, such as my stair count. At the end…

My dad has been helping me find low calorie products to assist in keeping the whole house low calorie. He recently found Nature's Own White Bread at 40 Calories per slice and it tastes just like the other brands he used to stock the house with. Seeing as we are a kitchen oriented family, this was a great find. On the…
