Almond butter and coconut oil! Coconut butter is also AMAZING! I love it on sweet potatoes and waffles! Nuts in general are great and not too filling so you can get a good amount of them and not feel like the blueberry girl from Willy Wonka. Try adding some nut butters into smoothies or yogurt. Full fat yogurt is also…

I usually do my cardio/strength on separate days so when I lift, I know I'm really giving it my all. I will typically warm up for 5-10 mins, though.

+1!! And kudos to you for choosing to be healthy again :) That's awesome! You have so many things to look forward to. You only get ONE life, live it, don't just simply exist. There is so much good to be excited about, so try to focus on positive aspects & the people in your life rather than your body and being "perfect" -…

Yes! Low fat can definitely cause problems in that area. Try upping them & see how you feel after a few days/a week or so. Also make sure you're getting plenty of fiber from natural sources - an obvious one but still. Best of luck!!
-
Stevia!!! I actually have a tea/stevia giveaway on my blog right now :P
-
Try upping your fats a bit. That is super low.
-
If you're having problems with bowel movements like you said - try upping your fat intake. Coconut oil, avocado, butter, etc! Any form of fats will help balance things out. Make sure you're getting your fruits & veggies as well, but not TOO much fiber...people usually OD on the fiber thinking it will help move things…

Same! Lift big, eat big.

Maybe turn it into something fancy like jambalaya!

I was doing sprints on the treadmill and someone dropped the bar in the squat rack onto the sides of the rack & it spooked me; I flew (literally, flew...) backward off of the treadmill and into the water fountain. Split my pants & had to get stitches and burnt my calves from the blacktop on the treadmill...but it's…

I agree 100% with this. It's just glorified (and very expensive...) protein powder.
-
Same! I typically bust out as many reps as I can (noises/grunts/faces and all) but I rarely sweat much at all.

Never wait to start lifting! Building muscle is a great way to build confidence :) It's addicting! Muscle tissue takes up less space than fat & if you've got yourself in a nice deficit, plus a little cardio (HIIT works wonders!) along with a 3-4 day lifting split separating each body part, you'll see & feel progress!
-
Amazing progress lady! You look incredible!
-
Looking forward to your results! :)

You can't spot reduce. Just be patient, consistent and dedicated to a routine.

I do my cardio sessions when I wake up in the morning before my brain is fully functioning and reminds me how much I usually dread it :)

Greek yogurt with honey & peanut butter and any other fun toppings I have on hand :)

I use a whey protein (PB flavor, specifically) from Slap Nutrition - www.weslap.com Super clean ingredients, no bs crap, sweetened with stevia, etc. Oh and the tubs are actually FULL to the brimp with protein. If you order off their website you can use my code MEGMO for 10% off.

I eat a hefty snack every night before bed. I like my dessert haha. Your body doesn't know what time it is & will process the calories as it would any other time of day.

I lift at 4:30 am everyday because it's the only time my schedule really permits a good workout session when I don't have to absolutely rush through everything. It's an epic start to my work day, too. I feel more at peace after I workout & it just eases me into the day. I typically have preworkout & maybe a small bite…
