Im not quite sure what you mean. But, Ill tell you what I do. I usually drink a few cups of green tea before my workout, since I believe it helps burn fat faster and more efficiently. But I never eat eat before a workout since that makes me feel really sick during..

This weekend I went to florence and ate my heart out. I ate pasta, pizza, chocolate, ice cream, bacon... but I look a it like a special weekend. The hardest part for me is trying to get back on track on monday. Like right now Im at work and dying. All I wanna do is eat the milka chocolate in front of me.

Someone a few weeks ago on this site told me to "keep" my muscles I have I have to eat at a slight deficit and weight train and only when I want to gain muscle I have to eat above.. I. Am. So. Confused. Lol.

This was great, thank you.. I'm just super nervous about eating so many calories, the traditional view toward losing weight has always been to eat less to weigh less, for me. And I'm scared my body will have a negative reaction since I'm not used to it. But thanks a lot, I will definitely msg you if I have any queries :)

I wanna do that but Im scared eating unhealthy will adversely affect the entire process and I wont lose or Ill put on more weight. No, it's a bigger size than that for sure, its like 2 dollar bills, but the packaging says its that many calories... :/ and its a good quality company so i doubt theyd lie

Idk I think it really just depends on the person, genetics, predispositions, lifelong habits etc..

Hey, thanks for the response. I've heard the body recomposition comment before - I've started weight training! Is there anythign else I need to do along with this ? There doesnt seem to be too much info on the web about this.

All I know is, from personal experience, is not to eat right before a workout. I wanted to throw up during HIIT when I did that.. and I generally eat dinner when the sun is still up :) its a habit i picked up from my mom, she told me its healthier.. but if you live in a cold place that gets dark early that may be hard...

I agree with you. I like my curve/overall shape, I just want to lose the extra unnecessary fat in these problem areas like sides, upper arms etc.. Im not overweight I know, but I want to prevent myself from ever going there and having the best body possible for ME :)
