Change your activity level simply :) That's what I did because I can't put on my Polar FT7 belt and watch just to check the few calories I burn ^^

What a great idea ^^ I also see workouts as treat but I try living through my 2 restdays a week thinking that the day after the restday I can workout again :D My restdays are Monday which is also my weight-in day and Friday so that I have a 1-3-1-2 pattern for my workout/restday routine :) Stay fit Jennifer

Thanks :) Actually I'm working out 5 times a week for about half an hour ^^ I record my calorie burn with my Polar FT7 which is pretty great since I always see how many calories I burn :D I use Kettlebells for my workout which I do mostly before I go to bed ^^ Stay fit Jennifer
