My noobs barely talk to me and haven't asked me as many questions as I had hoped. And I don't want to be a pompous *kitten* by offering unsolicited information or critiquing them.

one of my noobs is so awesome she even got me to feel better about my scale being broken and we are going to start measuring weekly to note any progress! she also checks in regularly which is awesome.

the others are all doing well on their new calorie goals *I think*, I should really check in with them.

I had a couple. Both seem to have stopped coming around. Neither was interested in joining a gym.

So I'm not doing this to "adopt" anyone, but if you want some feedback from me then go log daily on my TLFC accountability thread. At the very least I can look at what you're doing and make suggestions.

Legit reasons or no? I would love to join a gym, but life right now has presented bigger needs for my time and money.

Since I posted offering to mentor someone interested in intermittent fasting I've gotten a lot of messages asking for more info/support-I've now amassed a small army of new IFer's  It's been fun interacting with everyone, and hopefully they'll be able to use the suggestions/tools I've passed onto them and use them to their benefit :)

I was one of the later entries to the program.

Nobody has wanted me as their foster-MFPal.

I had three...one of them last logged in on January 9th and another one last logged in on the 14th...the third I just had to dismiss as issues were beyond my capabilities....basically, I'm not a doctor or a mental health professional, and she really needed both.
