Eggs, lentils, tempeh, tofu, and beans are my go-to proteins, all of which are generally pretty low in calories, sodium and fat, while also being incredibly filling and full of nutrients.

I'm currently between a size 4 and 6 for most brands except for ones with copious amounts of vanity sizing (Gap, for example), and a size 26 in jeans, and I'd like to get down to around a size 2 and size 24 in jeans.
