no i still eat throughout the day i just find myself waiting till i am starving to eat but that's not too bad because then i am at least hungry when i eat.

That is a good idea i am always taking some medicine. The problem of being un-diagnosed by doctors. I just find this to be the hardest part of my weight loss. Being young and single means basically everything i get invited to includes drinks. Guess that this is why its called a lifestyle change.

It's not cheating yourself, your still getting a good work out when they do jumps i normally step side to side and move my arms.

I wish i could give you an answer i just got out of a cast over a fractured ankle. I would definitively rest it i would try yoga pilates or zumba to get a work out in. Running is a terrible idea. Your body is telling you to slow down you should listen to it. You can also still do the thirty day shred i just wouldn't do any…

i think swimming might be a possibility i would just have to find a pool i live at the beach so there are npt that many unless i pay a small fortune to use them. My physical therapist keeps yelling at me to slow down but i want to get back to where i was.

thanks that what i am trying to do. Not leaving the house makes it hard to not eat :/ hopefully it will get better soon.
