Programmer, behind the desk all day and at home doing homework for work and school lol. So I have to make my workouts count.
-
Also don't be surprise to go way over 700, on Plyo and Kenpo you can work hard and get into the 900s. Its all about your effort.
-
Yo can just create your own and call it p90x kenpo or something. The workouts range from anywhere from 300-700 calories. It all depends on your height, weight and how hard you "Bring It". Before the HRM I used to estimate 80-120 for Abs, 550 for Kenpo and Core S about 500-600.

The watches come with a strap for your chest (upper rib cage) and and wrist watch. You don't need anything extra to make it work. If you want to transfer data to a computer you would need to purchase a upload device I think its $40, but I don't think you need it since you can logged and keep here at MFP. Also the polar…

Wow nice results, your back looks ripped.
-
I got the polar ft7 but I think for you, you might want to go with the ft4. I don't think any of them is going to give you accurate results as far as calories burned but these will be pretty close.
-
wow awesome results, you look stunning and as someone mentioned great hourglass figure.
-
NYC!
-
welcome, you are right it's all about staying positive :) best of luck

I eat some back, I always try to stay under. Also eating the right foods will tame hunger pangs.

Don't give up, this is for a better life and you are still young. Looking at your diary you should drink more water and consider a better exercise program, good exercise will start shedding those pounds quickly. you got to mix it up don't just run or bike all the time.
-
Good job, you can tell by your neck, legs and arms. Great progress!
-
by the way I'm on the 3rd week day 4 classic, did yoga X today. First week I was sore as heck but after the 2nd week you start feeling great, I know theres still a lot of work left but I'm gonna bring it!
-
don't be scared, yes its hard but if you try your best and follow the diet you will get results and get better at it. So get pumped you will do great :)
-
drink water before and after it helps a bit, also I find that if it doesn't get better in 2 weeks switch protein brands. It may be that one causing you trouble, like for me there are certain brands I cant handle.
-
awesome work :)
-
lol some people over do it, you need to shower afterwards anyways. I think they just worry that they will start to stink up the place sweating and unknowingly stink up the place by ODing on the fragrance.
-
Pure Protein 20g is good for me, its not a laxative like some other I have tried lol.
-
I agree with the resting in strength training but if you doing some circuit strength training then it would be very useful, and I believe that the FT series in polar is designed to also consider strength training activities. For instance if I'm doing curls for 20 minutes with little movement I only burn a little, but if…

Yea that seems way too high, but like you said it was picking up your heart beats faster then it was when you checked, so make sure its placed properly. If its not giving you proper results after a while you may have a faulty sensor and you should contact the seller or polar.
-
if that's the case make sure the sensor is wet and its properly placed below the chest, sometimes it can get jumpy. I have the ft7 and its been pretty good so far.
-
I would say heart monitors are more accurate than MFP or other machines, HRM calculates so many things that it will be more on point, its sensing how much work you put your heart though and such, It can be a little high but for the most part I think its the closet you can get.
-
Yea I'm doing slightly under sometimes, also I don't plan on going up on calories on the next stages just up my protein and such for muscles. As long as you not bonking on your workouts you can afford to be a little under for added weight loss.
-
Not all sat fats are bad, some are good for your heart, I think there are about 12-15 types of Sat fats. It all depends on the type of food.
-
if you sit down and put one leg in the air and then move your foot in and out and also rotate it, then switch legs. I think this work for both calves and shins.
-
I wish I was getting enough sleep during the week but Its not happening, I wake up at 5am to workout and go to bed 1130-1230 and that's if my little kid lets me. On the weekends I make up some of the sleep. I think in general the reason it hinders weight loss if because you will get hungry if you stay up late so the…

Sup Sam, For some the diet is harder than the exercise and it looks like you getting that in. Just try to plan some time in your day to do some workouts. You can add me and I'll send some positive vibes your way.
