Thanks guys, so basically you don't have to go back into a lengthy induction period to get back in ketosis, that's good to know. I'm not monitoring it with any devices but I'm assuming I'm in since I have kept my carbs 25 or less for weeks now. The reason I was worried is because I went to the movies 2 weeks ago and had a…

Hi All, My name is Anthony, I started doing LCHF around 2 months ago. I was doing somewhat of a low carb before but it wasn’t proper in term of getting in tons of quality fats. Currently I’m doing 5-10% carbs, 65-75% fat and the rest protein. I’m getting around 140 to 170 grams of protein depending on workout days since I…

It will start to get better after a few weeks. For now just warm up properly and do what you can, you will improve. When I'm sore I do a nice 3-5 minute warm up and then stretch, this always minimizes my soreness. The good thing about P90X is that they change the body parts worked everyday so this will help you in the long…

I read somewhere that you burn more calories due to your heart having to work harder in the heat. But I also read that in the cold your body burns more fat from your muscle shivering to stay warm.

That's a hardcore diet, best of luck on your show!

I use Pure Protein, 20 gm of Protein @ 200 cals. They taste pretty good.

Well unless they are sugar loaded I don't. Most tend to be less than 5 calories and chewing it usually burns it anyways.
-
Each workout burns different amounts, I would say the average for strength training is about 300-400, and 500-800 for cardio workouts. What I do is wear a heart rate monitor and log it that way.

Lightning, how would you rate em? have you gotten great results from these multis?
-
I was taking GNC’s Mega Men then the sport version, didn’t really feel much difference with both. I switched to the cheaper ON Opti Men’s, again I don’t really feel much difference but multivitamins never really gave me a boost in the first place. Has anybody gotten a nice boost from any multi they have taken?

Its getting good ratings so far, if you're a FPS fan it shouldn't disappoint. I'll gamefly it later. By the way ME3 will be EPIC!

Ah so it looks like customers snap at you as well, While you are working there just try and do your best to ignore the negative comments. Just do the best you can on the job and don't try not to sweat the small stuff, don't get down on stuff that wont matter in the end. But if it's affecting you a lot then I think a job…

wow if that's going on you really need a change of scenery . Working in that type of environment is not good for your mental and physical health.

warm your body up for a few minutes (jog, jump rope, jacks) then stretch the body parts you will used in your workout, for the cool down you can stretch again.
