So its been awhile since I've competed ( sept 2006) and I am getting ready for a show at the end of the summer! Diet is the hardest part for me because I have to get in 225g of protein and not go over 1500cals! I will need motivation. I do at least an hour of cardio a day, and power weight lift 3x per week. Here we go!
