warm up/cool down

I need some good recommendations for warm up and cool down exercises. Right now I just jump into it at the gym and I want to feel like I do a more complete work out than just jumping on a machine. Give me good ideas.

warm your body up for a few minutes (jog, jump rope, jacks) then stretch the body parts you will used in your workout, for the cool down you can stretch again.0

Stretch, stretch, stretch, then a little more stretching, oh and did I say stretch?
for 15 min before and 15 min after.
