So, one of my more 'crass' coworkers came up to me the other day, and flashed me an old pic of myself (see below) and was like, "damn, you really were huge. look!", so, I made him email it to me and took a current one in work clothes as well for comparisson reasons. I flip flop between super motivated and big fat failure mode so I figure, ill share my progress so far and see if that serves as a motivation for me.
