Same thing I get just about every week night before I go to bed. Small chili. nothing else. Back in the days before I started caring about what I ate I usually got a double and nuggets. Pepsi from somewhere else because I hate coke.

I assume you would lose the bet. don't forget that mfp is world wide so the labels differ from country to country. Can't assume that they say the same thing that your labels say.

take your scale to grandma's house and weigh your self on both within a few minutes of each other. If the numbers are different than change your starting number to match the scale you plan on using for your official weekly weigh-ins.

Last Christmas I was about 330. Now im at 209. It's not impossible to lose the weight. My bmi was over 50 and now it down to mid 30s. pretty soon i'll just be overweight. 190 range. my wife loves pb2. they also have a chocolate version. The reason I don't eat a lot of nuts is the fat, not the calories.

Your boyfriend is a jerk and you need to learn about what is truly healthy. Not the crap you see on tv and other places. A normal BMI for a 5" 4" female is between 110 and 145. At 130-135 you are a HEALTHY 22-23 BMI.

My wife had her sleeve in nov 2013. She has period where she stalls at a weight for 2-3 weeks and then loses 7-10 pounds in a week. We talked about it and bumped up her intake from about 70 calories a day to 1000. She hasn't had any real stalling issues since.
