    Eat at a mild deficit so you maintain your muscle mass (say -10% TDEE on your workout days, maybe -20% TDEE on your rest days). Incorporate weight training into your routine. Hit your protein goals (I like 1 g per pound of body weight but even 1 g per pound of lean mass is fine). Be patient. If you go too fast, you will lose muscle mass. If you want to go that route, you will need to explore a cut and bulk cycle. Most people want immediate results and that just doesn't happen with body fat like it does with scale weight.
