  • What a great idea! I'm going to use that for my Pad Thai!
  • I agree, the BBQ was way too 'sweet'. It does tastes like chemicals, it's sweetened with splenda. Sucragross.
  • Pink salt contains trace minerals, and it's unprocessed "raw salt" it's rich in Iodine that naturally occurs. That's why 'they' began adding iodine in table salt I've even found that when using regular table salt I am more dehydrated than when I use pink salt. Choose pink salt over table salt any day.
  • Confidence and beautiful skin.
  • I use to have nasty migraines and never linked it to delicious bread... I cut out all breads, lost those nasty migraines, and unwanted pounds. It was hard at first because almost every meal I use to eat had some type of bread, and my love for sandwiches and paninis had to be suppressed with healthy, filling, whole foods.…
  • I grew up with this drink from Trinidad called "Peanut punch" It was made with condensed milk, cinnamon, peanut butter. Mmm mm mm. Here's my clean protein PB2 version: Blend: - 1 cup milk or milk substitute - 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Jay Robb) - 2-4 TBS PB2 (depending on how intense you like it) - 1 inch…
  • Super clean Alfredo sauce recipe: http://teaspooncomm.com/teaspoonofspice/2013/08/spinach-avocado-alfredo-sauce-the-recipe-redux/ I like to get a little dirty and add cream cheese. Over zucchini pasta, YUM
  • Love Jay Robb egg white protein
  • Goodluck on your IF adventure. I've been doing 18/6 for past 2 weeks now (I LOVE IT), training fasted at 8am, and break fast at 2pm. I've developed a different relationship with food, I appreciate what I have, and food tastes so much better. I use to be gung-ho about eating 6 meals a day, to never feel hunger, because…
  • Sour Cream = Greek yogurt (tastes so good in tacos) Taco shells/Tortilla wraps = Romaine lettuce leaves Spaghetti = Zuchinni Spirals (delish with meatballs, takes on the flavor of any sauce)
  • Couldn't agree more. I train fasted, and don't eat my post workout meal for another 3+ hours. As long as your getting proper nutrition within 24 hours of training nothing bad will come out of it. Try and pair your carbs with protein, whey protein, eggs, fast acting protein.
  • I take liquid vitamin D3 1000IU every morning. I use to have low vit d levels, so talk to your doctor on that one. My boyfriend takes 10000IU (5000 in the morning and then at night) to raise testosterone and increase his gains.
  • Pre workout I take vitamin E and Vitamin C for endurance.
  • Bananananana Bread, Gluten-Free version of course. Ice Cream, - no sugar, blender needed
