I don't really think it's mean but why does your current boyfriend's EX motivate you? It would be more of a EX boyfriend's new girlfriend that would motivate me. Just seems kinda backwards to me. You already have him so what are you worried about, and you are beautiful! So I don't think you have anything to worry about!

I figure whats the big deal 10 calories?? Better than drinking a can of soda or a glass of juice, I say go for it cause I usually consume all my water with crystal light in it!! 40 Calories 8 glasses of water or more I put it in a 600ml bottle. Enjoy :)

My understanding is yes, if anyone knows though what is the best way to get those calories back, the tracker tells you that you have extra calories. My question is what about the carbs, fat, protein etc. What shoud be the foods of choice??

Well it was the end of week 2 for me and I lost another 4.4lbs so not sure the medication has much of an effect on me that way!

I am the exact same, only the veggies i eat are a couple that are highest carbs (corn, carrots). I drink V8, have you ever tried it? Depends too I guess on how closely you track your sodium intake. I haven't gone over my daily sodium goal either on the days that I have had one. PS I can only drink it if it is rerally cold…
