  • Sounds to me like Plantar Fasciitis. My advice, from having it and trying everything under the sun, is this: Rest for a bit Invest in some inserts for your shoes at a minimum, or some good running shoes would be best Look up stretches for PF. They helped me a ton! Be sure to do some stretches before your feet hit the floor…

  • Ugh.... Prednisone is such a love/hate thing with me too. I love how helpful it is, but I hate that it has caused me to gain weight and that I can't seem to get any lower than 5 mg. I did increase a few weeks ago when I had to stop my other meds due to bronchitis. It really set me back in my pain level, my fitness level…

  • Can you exercise in a pool? I'm not sure what causes the worse muscle weakness, but when I'm flaring up, the pool is awesome for me because it takes the pressure off my joints. I have some exercises I learned in physical therapy and just do what I can.

  • Thanks guys!! I got the Power Pressure Cooker XL. I think it's a dud. It takes at least half hour to come to pressure and takes forever to cook. Took me almost 3 hours to get a pot of soup done last night!! I'm going to try some Mac and cheese tonight, but after this, I'm sending it back and I've ordered an Instant Pot!

  • I just got the power pressure cooker XL. I wonder if I'll kick myself for not getting the Instant Pot? This one is bigger and it was for sale at Costco, so I impulse purchased it :)
