I LOVE thrift stores. So many of my clothes have come from there. I've also gotten a lot of cute decorations for my house. I love garage sales too!

This is what I buy to drink at work. I love all the different flavors that they carry... I usually buy 1 of each kind! I have enough to last weeks.
-
I spend about $120 every other week for my husband and I. I try to stick to my budget and don't buy anything in between unless we run out of something that we really need.

Polar FT60. Had a Fitbit Force last year and hated it.

I'm horrible when it comes to salad bars. I suddenly feel the need to put in a little bit of every single thing on there that I like. By the end, it's a good possibility that I'll end up with 4 different kinds of meats and 5 different cheeses. But, I do always have the usual romaine, broccoli, cukes, tomatoes, croutons. I…

What everyone else has said.. if you feel comfortable and want to wear a bikini, then go for it!! Who cares what anyone else thinks. You're the only one who matters.

I'd feel a lot safer running outside if I could take either of my 2 dogs with me. But they're not good running dogs... they either stop constantly and refuse to move or they zig zag across the sidewalk and I trip over them!

LOVE Quest bars!!! I eat one everyday as a morning snack. I usually just go to GNC every week or so and buy a bunch of all different flavors. Chocolate Brownie is my absolute favorite.
-
I would never spend that much money on anything. I can get the same thing for so much cheaper from another brand/store.

Yes!

I hate when this happens too. I was running outside everyday earlier this summer, but random men/teenage boys started yelling things at me, beeping at me as they drove by. I was so uncomfortable. I know it's only words but there was part of me that always wondered if they would do something more, if they would follow me…

I've been struggling with this also. I love cardio, enjoyed strength training the few months that I did it. But I got really bored doing it by myself. If I had someone to work out with, I probably would be willing to try it again and stick with it. But I do not, so I feel that I'll probably be sticking to only cardio for…

I definitely do this. I made cookies a few times for different events, had a lot left over. So I divided them up and sent some to my husband's work and the rest to my work. I didn't eat any of them there, but my coworkers and boss did :-) Works for me!

But now that's a waste of perfectly good cake! Such a shame

I bring grapes, an apple and a Quest bar to work with me everyday. I try to eat that. If there's something else here that's equally as delicious and I really want, I eat it. So I go a little over 1 day, or I spend a little extra time at the gym. No biggie. Don't make it an everyday thing and you'll be fine.

You all look so great!!

I would not. But I don't eat things from other people's houses unless I know exactly how clean their house is.

I delete people when they've gone a month without logging in. Unless I know that you're dealing with some things, then I keep you.

My husband and I always loved to eat out also. But that was taking a toll on our waistlines and of course our bank account! So now we've decided to plan a different recipe to make for dinner everynight, so we're always eating something different. But we pick 1 night a week to make that date night, where we can go out to…

I've found that I can drink more water throughout the day if it's the flavored carbonated kind. I bring 1 with me to work that's 33.8 fl oz and I have to drink the whole thing before I go home. Then I drink another 1 or 2 cups during my workout at night. So that usually puts me at about 5 or 6 cups a day.
-
I use it as a morning snack everyday...usually around 10. Tides me over until after 12 when I like to eat lunch.

I have the FT60, don't workout without it.

I definitely weigh and measure anything that I make at home. If I go out somewhere or eat something that I didn't make, I typically don't log it. I want my log to be exact. I've even been changing a lot of my foods listed to go by weight instead of by cups, etc.

Some sort of fruit smoothie. I change up the one I make every few days.

I won't ever be trying another Fitbit product. Had the Force before it was recalled, didn't like how the company handled the whole recall. Never again will they be getting my money.
-
Feel free to add me. I'm a daily logger. Pretty regular with exercise.
-
If you're hungry, then eat! Simple as that. Try and go heavier on the vegetables with your dinner though, that will help you to not go over your calories as much. Never deprive yourself if you're body is hungry.

See, I've found that I'm usually opposite. I'm more likely to go over during the week, usually because it's harder to find time to get in a workout then. On the weekends I can plan better, typically get up, eat breakfast and get to the gym and spend at least an hour there. If I'm planning a bigger dinner, I'll eat lighter…
