  • Hi. I just started a couple of weeks ago so feel free to add me as a friend. I think the daily food diary is really helpful. It really makes me stop and think before I put something in my mouth. Sometimes that moment or two of decision making can mean the difference between a good or a not-so-good choice. :)

  • I know what you mean. I saw that 1200 calorie recommendation when I set it for 1 lb. a week, and I immediately felt deprived! :)
  • I don't have a scale, so I can't do the weekly weigh-ins with regularity BUT really like the idea of setting weekly goals and looking at weekly challenges not to mention being part of a supportive group. If that's OK with you, please sign me up!
