I've lost 43 pounds with it. Been off it for 2 months almost 3 and haven't gained any back. It took the edge off my SEVERE binge eating disorder i was diagnosed with so i could reteach myself how to properly eat. Hi everyone... I am back again. I've been in a little slump lately. Weight and measurements haven't changed in a month and a half. So as of Monday i started pumping in the water again and this time week i am going to increase my protein and try decreasing my carbs. Lastly 10,000 steps a day this week. Something has to work.

I started Phentermine 15 in Feb. First month, i lost 16 pounds, second month didn't lose a thing, so my last visit (May 19th) Dr. increased my dose to 30mg and as of today i am down 25 pounds. @msfanglet thank you so much for the feedback. I made a promise to myself that no matter how bad my eating is for the day I WILL log it!!! That's something I've never done before, as well as eating breakfast and packing lunch for work. Thank you also for adding me, your support has been great :)

When i created this post few days ago, i never dreamed i would get replies like this. thank you everyone! i love all the support, ideas, tips and tricks. I admit when i wrote this post i was crying my eyes out because i felt so lost. its been 3 days without a binge now and i am starting to believe in myself again :)

@MNFitnessGal hey neighbor ;) yes i am from MN sugar is an evil thing isn't it? I've been watching my intake and getting in more protein and i actually am starting to feel a little better. Heck, for the first time since i can remember i haven't binged for 3 days... thats HUGE for me :)

@AllOutof_Bubblegum i am actually cooking up a storm for the week right now. i am meal prepping so its a grab an go thing for work and when i get come from work :) just cooked up onions, peppers Chicken and made a turkey. :)

@singingflutelady I originally thought about setting it for a 2 pound loss a week, but after a lot of thought I pushed it back to 1 pound a week. I agree with you too much restriction will lead to a binge

@fiddletime the work good used to be huge for me, a lot of times I look at it thinking if this food is sitting here it's someone's and eating it would be stealing. That's helped me in the past

@jbcisney fast food and regular soda is my MAJOR trigger... it really is. Today is the first day i will NOT have either.. so far so good. i have given up both in the past and i remember now that you mentioned it the cravings went away.

Tiptoe with the insurance i have from work, it doesn't cover specialists :( I am not too please with her tone when i reached out to her. I agree its time to change Dr's.
