I eat Oatmeal almost every day, I buy the big jugs and add different fruits. Super cheap and super filling!

Omelettes are an easy go to at our house. And shrimp. Shrimp goes with anything, especially pineapple and pasta!

I love the Crystal Light too!! It definately helps me (and the rest of my family) drink enough water. I've also experimented with different fruits in water. My new favorite is strawberries and blueberries together. They have to be squeezed a little, but give great flavor. Good luck staying hydrated :smile:

I keep gum, crystal light packets and small packages of nuts / raisins at my desk for emergencies just like this. Most often, if I'm growling, a small handful of almonds does the trick. Followed by lots and lots of crystal light :) Maybe the other half of your apple will help?
