Had to split up my hour yesterday but I was able to get it in with two different walks on the treadmill.

Count me in. I am just starting and I need the accountability. I walked for an hour today on our treadmill desk at work. Current weight: 276 Losing the 15 lbs will be difficult with Christmas but i will do my best. I need to do well. that would be a good start to losing what i need.

I finished my first round of 21 day fix and lost 10lbs and 11 inches. I was consistent with the meal plan and with the exercise program. I drink the shakes, but i have not been following the shake plan very well, meaning that if i would rather eat something, i eat something, i try to keep it in my calories, but the shakes are really hard for me because i like the act of eating.

thanks everyone, I still sweated my butt off, but i didn't feel like i was going to collapse between each exercise so that was my biggest thrill. I still haven't lost any weight, but i think that has to do with my diet. I am not very good at saying no to food. Again thank you, i really needed some encouraging words.

I started with the fit test this morning. I wouldn't mind some motivation. I will probably go by the way my clothes fit to push myself even harder.
