30 Day Shred results

I was upset with the scale
So all together I have only lost 1.2 lbs in a month but I have lost 4.5 inches overall and I consider that my first success. Thank you MFP for helping me stick with this. I want to see my body change and I want to be able to go shopping.

Doc instructions
according to MFP i should have a calorie intake of over 1600 can't remember the exact number unless i go back and look. Went to the doctor today and she recomended that I stay around 1400 with less carbs and more protein. What do you guys think? Should i listen to the doc or to MFP. Started 30 day Shred
This morning I woke up early let the dogs out, made coffee, let the dogs back in, and then began the 20 minute workout. I thought this can't be that bad because its only 20 minutes. But I tell you what that 20 minutes kicked my butt and I can't wait to do it again.
