How do you add the 30 Day Shred to your exercise for the day?

    Most people log it under "circuit training, general" for 20 minutes. That is under the cardiovascular section of exercise.

    It is best to get a heart rate monitor so you can accurately track how many calories you are burning. Then you can add the exercise in yourself. For example I do "30DS w/hrm" and put in how many calories my HRM tells me I burned.
