Food Ideas

I just joined a challenge to eat nothing processed for 8 weeks. I was wondering if anyone had ideas on food choices. I like variety in life so don't want to eat the same foods for 8 weeks. I think I may cheat on this a little and say that I can have skim milk although that is processed if you think about it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Here is a basic list provided to me by my trainer I am working with.

    Protein
    - Boneless / Skinless chicken breast
    - Wild Fish
    - Fresh eggs
    - Protein powder ( makes things a little easier if you're in a rush or on the go )
    - Lean ground turkey
    - Lean beef
    - Wild game

    Carbohydrates
    - Old - fashioned oatmeal
    - Ezekiel Bread
    - Rye Bread
    - Sweet Potatoes
    - Rice cakes (good for snacking)
    - Quinoa

    Fat sources
    - All natural Almond Butter
    - Fish oils
    - Flax seed oils or powder
    - Almonds
    - Walnuts
    - Natural Peanut Butter

    Vegetables (all kinds)
    - Broccoli
    - Cauliflower
    - Asparagus
    - Cucumbers
    - Celery
    - Spinach
    - Green salads
    - Brussel sprouts

    Fruits
    - Apple
    - Banana
    - Pear
    - Orange
    - Pineapple
    - Peach
    - Grapes
    - Berries ( blueberries , strawberries , raspberries , blackberries )
