I can say that skinny taste recipe is the BEST! We have them every week almost and my 7 year old even loves them. The zucchini makes the burgers SO moist! Which is great since turkey burgers are often very dry. Just talking about it is making me wish it was on my menu this week! :)

maybe they are confusing each other? try wearing one to zumba one day and one another and see if they are even close. yes i know different classes can be different but maybe they are cross talking with each other.

I am 5'11" and my HRM typicially reads 500-700 for a one hour class. depends on how much of the class is high impact/fast etc. just curious what brands/models were you testing?

I wear a HRM so I have a pretty clear idea of what I burn. I find that for most things it is very high. For example it tells me 1000+ calories for my kickboxing class and my watch will tell me low 600s. And in that class my heart rate is high and I am working my butt off. a HRM is really the only way to really know…

they are deelish and only at costco for now. the fiber one website says they will be in regular grocery stores etc starting in June. i top mine with a container of sugar free pudding sometimes.....YUMMY!
