I completed it last September and I've been about fitness every since. It's an incredible program and I'm so glad I found it. Whether I'm running 2 miles or 10 miles, I owe it all to that program. I wish it was a person so that I could take it out to lunch and thank it! Finish the program, you won't regret.

I bet a good number of people here are stuck because they aren't eating enough, thinking that they can exercise more at the same caloric intake, cutting calories even further than they already have (which isn't working), or worse yet cutting even more calories while increasing exercise. The weird part about it is that as I watched her in ICU fading away, it wasn't all of the bull**** she put me through that I mourned for. To elaborate, if you are eating significantly higher calories than your TDEE, you'll gain. If you aren't eating enough, you'll stall out or not lose at all. They were right though, the bulk of weight loss happens in the kitchen. Make those quality calories count!
