I'm not on Keto per say, but I do eat low carb that kicks me into keto. I log and encourage daily. Feel free to add me.

If you've been working harder, you probably have temporary water retention from building muscle. That's totally normal. It should pass in about 2 weeks. It's discouraging at first, but you'll loose more weight if you keep at it rather than quitting your workout. If you haven't started losing some of that gained weight…

-Chocolate protein powder mixed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk -cocoa roasted almonds -85% dark chocolate squares

+1 more for Almond Milk. I prefer the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze brand over any other. I always get the unsweetened vanilla carton. Obviously it doesn't taste like cow's milk, but it's tasty in it's own right. I love mixing it with my chocolate protein powder. Taste like chocolate milk!

Freshly cracked black pepper and parmesan cheese. I also like it as a salad dressing replacement.

Hi, I'm not just trying to lose weight any more. I've been wanting to be athletic and uber flexible again. I've recently started P90. I'm hoping it sticks, because I have a hard time finding workouts I enjoy. However, I feel like I'm a walking book of food knowledge compared to the average person. I also cook for my…

It seems like when I tell people I eat low carb, people think low carb = no carbs. So not the case. My mom was upset with me when I told her I was eating low carb. "Why can't you do Weight Watchers?!" "Mom, the WW newer method is low carb eating. I'm just accounting for every carb I eat rather than following a made-up…

Ditto on the omellete. Other similar forms could be an egg bake with cheese, other meats, and lots of chopped veggies like bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms; or a scramble of eggs and other ingredients. Try variations of egg florentine such as replacing the english muffin with a thick slice of tomato or using an alfredo…

E- 1%, N - 62%, T- 1%, J- 33% That was fun. "the ENTJ is not one to be trifled with." true story, lol. Some career choices for ENTJ's are Politics, Military, Finance, and programming. I'm soooo far from that. I work in creative services.

Agreed! With thee above. Get even! Don't let anyone get to you like that again. You look amazing! Don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise. If anyone does something like that again, embarrass the heck out of them.

Sounds like you've had many successes so far - weight loss, healthier food choices, quitting smoking. They're all great strides you should be incredibly proud of. Feel free to add me. I log and comment daily. My diary is open to friends. You can do this! :-)

Hi Danielle, I... am also Danielle! :-) I log and comment daily. I try to keep my Friend count at a reasonable amount so I have time to encourage all my MPFs on a regular basis. My diary is open to my friends. Feel free to add me.

Agreed! I love the Princess Bride! I know something you do not know. I... am not left handed. Add me! I just started P90 yesterday.
-
Add me! I eat low carb and my boyfriend is type 1 diabetic, so I'm always challenging myself to be creative with low carb meals so we don't get a food rut. I log and comment daily, and my diary is open to friends.

Hi, I'm back after a 5 month hiatus and most of my previous friends have become inactive too. I log and comment daily, and I just started Power 90 last night. Feel free to add me. ~Danielle

Hi Felicia, I'm back too after a 5 month hiatus and am serious about losing weight. I just started the Power 90 routine last night and log daily. Feel free to add me too.

I get House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles at my local grocery store. They're in the natural food section in the cold case with the organic milk, cheeses, yogurt, etc.
-
I use them. The texture is weird if you think of them as noodles. Like karryann, I basically use them as a filler or pretend I'm eating pasta. For the most part, they take on the flavor of your dish. I rinse mine well with warm water before using them. Overall, they're good.

I almost spit my water out when you discovered the Hulk tightened the bolts.

That's always how it goes, right? I'd like to know where they get their time estimates from. Superman?

Paintballs dent and can ruin paint on a car. I'd skip talking to them and file a police report. Vandalism is a crime. Tell the office who you suspect did it. Let the police officer handle interviewing the kids and parents. If you speak with the parent first, they might ditch the evidence. Ditto to a camera. We have four…

1 to 2lbs per a week is considered reasonable, healthy and sustainable weight loss from healthy diet and exercise. That's 4 to 8lbs a month. Like lucy mentioned anything over that and you're likely setting yourself up for disappointment. Be happy with even a half a pound loss per a week. We all have good days and bad days…

I have the Flickr app on my cell phone. It's pretty easy to use and has some photo editing abilities for mobile. I like it, plus my work doesn't block Flickr so that factors into my uses of it. My mom is a hobby photographer and she prefers to use Flickr, if that helps.

Ditto on everyone's comments. I also like it when you can test drive the newest vehicles on a course. One show I went to had an area set up with a cement barricade perimeter and cones inside it to outline a road course. Peeps could sign up and test out all sorts of new Chevy vehicles on the course, including the newest…

Dangit! Photobucket is blocked at work. Sounds sweet. Wish I could see it right now. :-(

Aw, I'm kinda sad to hear the bug is gone. Hope you got some off-road jeep parks near ya to enjoy your new toy!

Sweet! Sounds like it's gonna be a ton of fun!

Ditto! :-) You can join the Low Carb group on here too for extra support.

If I had the time and money, twin turbos! But, there hasn't been much time for the Cuda, soooo... Realistically, there may be a single fat turbo on it this summer. All depends if a local guy I met has the time to build one for it. Otherwise, it's been dubbed Rad Racer and will be enthusiastically abused once all this dang…
