Hey everyone.
Looking for some friends and people to teach and learn from at the same time. I am nearing my 30th birthday and want to start losing those last 15 or so pounds, as well as improve my strength and feel great at the same time. I have being flexing up and down 5 pounds for the last 2 years and want to get in the best shape of my life. I am willing to try most workouts and something new, as I never really know what I will fall in love with, almost like how I fell in love with Muay Thai and MMA workouts.

Kind of new to the whole calorie tracking and I know that is where I have been lacking knowledge. I don’t want to become a constant counter of calories and let it take over my life but just be more aware of my intakes and portion sizes. So any help there would be great to get me going.

    Hi,
I'm not just trying to lose weight any more. I've been wanting to be athletic and uber flexible again. I've recently started P90. I'm hoping it sticks, because I have a hard time finding workouts I enjoy. However, I feel like I'm a walking book of food knowledge compared to the average person. I also cook for my diabetic (type 1) boyfriend, so I pay pretty close to attention to foods we eat. Maybe we'd compliment each other? Feel free to add me.

Hi Citrislazer, I would love to gain some insight into some different foods and making better choices. I did P90x as well, well did 9 weeks and stopped just due to personal issues. I found P90X to be a good workout for strength but did not help me so much with weight lose. So I have been doing Focus T25 for the last 4 weeks and that is working out well thus far. I have not lost much weight but am down 1 inch around the stomach which I am happy about.
Looking forward to chatting with you.
