  • Lol, I do those also, I bought a bunch off from amazon, the two mile, walk away the pounds, the one that is 5 miles that does 1 mile a day!!!!
  • the HRM I bought is one for walking because thats what I do the most of. It's called Smart Health for Walking....heart rate moinitor, watch & step counder All In One!! So far I am very happy with it. I compared the results to those on mfp for walking 2.0 mph, and they are pretty close!!!

  • scales are mean...lol! another thought that comes to mind is if your exercising , I have heard that if you are gaining muscle you could gain weight as muscle weighs more than fat. I would suggest measuring, you could be losing inches instead of pounds.:smile:

  • I do cleaning once a day, sometimes I log it sometimes I don't, it really depends on how long I clean for and how much effort I put into it.
