Losing weight at a slower rate....beneficial??
Hi I was just wondering if losing weight at a slower pace is more beneficial than losing a big amount at one time? I lost 4lbs my first week, now averaging 1lb a week. I have heard it is easier to keep off with losing at a slower rate!

I am currently taking AcaiTrim as a weight loss supplement, I am wondering if these so called weight loss boosters actually work? I also take a multi viatmin...One A Day weight smart advance...the viatamin I think I need. As far as the AcaiTrim, is it even worth taking or could it be stalling weight loss???

Extra Calories
I have read a few forums on this topic. I can never make my calorie goal of 1200 calories a day, I almost always have extra calories to use. Like today, I have 1229 to use, I cleaned the house and did 45 min of "walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace". Should I eat a semi larger meal for dinner to make up for so many calories to use?

Is it ok to "relax" one day a week?
