That might burn about 30 calories, but definitely not 100, at least for me!

Wow, that is incredible!! You literally lost 2 people and look amazing! Way to go!!!

So what do you eat?

I was going to comment the same thing. Look into the couch to 5k, it gives you walk/run intervals and slowly increases the amount of running over time. I am not a runner at all either, but many friends have had luck with this program Great job reaching above your comfort level to make changes :)

I'm in. I've been here for a long time, but have not been holding myself accountable on the food tracking side. I need to focus and get better at that. Its still freezing here, but swimsuit weather is right around the corner!!! :)

It was for me. I was obsessed for a few weeks after my friend wanted me to play. I'm over it. Crossy Road though, don't download that app, its crazy addicting!

I feel like Stampy is a member of our family I never met. I think my kids love him more than me :)

Always looking for people to help motivate and to keep me on track :)

Do you track calories by weighing food or estimating? How many calories do you allow yourself everyday?

I always stock up on these so I can enjoy them all year :) They are the BEST!! I don't like regular PB cups, but these are amazing. My best friend also doesn't eat candy, she doesn't like sweets, and she devours these every year :) You must try if you haven't....they are worth fitting into your day!

Oh man, I would fail on 1000. I would be so hungry I would over-eat. I would also probably be divorced because I would be no fun to be around or live with !!

I have a garmin vivofit as well, and so far I like it, just not sure I am using all of the features. I just wear the band and sync with my phone. To me, its more of an accessory, it doesn't motivate me to get up and move any more than I already did.

You have only been at this for 3 weeks. 9 lbs is great! Don't let one week discourage you!!

Sounds nasty. I will stick with water and real food :)

i'm always looking for more friends to keep me motivated!

I want a nap!

I would love some more motivated and supportive friends in MFP!

You got this! I know it can be frustrating and you just want to quit, but just stepping on the scale and seeing a smaller number is so motivating! Had that feeling this morning! I've stalled for weeks it seems, and just want to go and pig out, but stepped on this morning and saw a little movement, so I will stick with this…

my favorite are the cinnamon roll ones!

I hit snooze and work out at lunch or after work :)

You look smokin'! Thanks for motivating me to get back to the gym today :)

I am going for my first workout since December today, and am absolutely dreading it!

I quit drinking pop about a year ago. After a few months, I decided to have one and it tasted nasty. Way to sugary! I will stick with my coffee/water now!

I agree with @jasonmh630. It could just be a lot of water if its your first 2 weeks. Give it another week or so, but if you are feeling hungry, you may have your calories set too low.

I have a 8yo - 2nd grade - we have 60 minutes of reading and 30 minutes of math practice a week. Usually get about 1 worksheet through the week to complete and spelling words with a test on Fridays. My kindergartner (5) doesn't get homework yet but will get spelling later in the year. We do work with her on recognizing…
