I will stay on track today so I can have a piece (or 2!) of Halloween candy tomorrow :)

I do plan on keeping on, because working out makes me feel good, and I feel guilty when I don't, just slightly discouraging. I know that muscles can retain water, but I figured after 8 weeks, I would be through that phase! Thanks for the support, I do feel better and will just shrug it off and see better results in the…

I either workout before everyone is up in the morning or I am fortunate enough to be able to fit it in during my lunch break.

if you are hungry, you should eat :)

I eat back my calories back if I am hungry, but if I am not hungry, I will save them. That way later in the week I have calories for an impromptu- happy hour or a date night that may pop up.

I would go salmon or steak, depending what I was in the mood for...but, if I was on vacation, I would just eat whatever sounded good and workout when vacation was over :)

Strawberry twizzlers and cucumbers...not together of course. Most foods I love, but those.... ew

I have never made my own ho-made bread, but this thread has me tempted to give it a try!

We did one of these competitions at work, and if you lost 7% weight loss, you got your pay-in money back, which dropped the overall pool for the winner. This at least gave people the motivation to get their money back, so even if they didn't 'win', they didn't lose their money either.

I started out on 1200 and was always hungry. After some help from other MFP members, I upped my calorie intake to 1350 and my protein and have seeing steady results. I also eat back most of my calorie burn, which I get from a HRM.

Muscle weighs the same as fat, but the volume of 1lb of muscle is smaller than the volume of 1lb of fat. T25 is a LOT of jumping and pushups/planks, so if you can't handle the jumps, I would recommend finding something that would be more geared towards what you are able to do. I personally love it. I love the time…

Try Popcorners - gluten free. They are popped corn chips. I find them in the health food section at my grocer. Super delicious and go great with dips for a lot less guilt!

Agree!! Quit doubting yourself, no matter what anyone might think about you, you have achieved great loss so far! Don't let others get in the way of your continued success. Its not about them, its about you and your journey.

I have never heard of these noodles. Must find them at the store now!

I did the same thing last night. I just did a good workout, drinking tons of water today and will make sure I stay at my calorie goal. I had fun, and treated myself to food that I have not ate in a long time. I don't feel guilty, i will just refocus today :)

I just bought a food scale and you would be surprised how off some measurements really are. I was guessing at my calorie intake before and it was much higher than I thought. What I thought was 1200 calories, was probably 1500-1600. I now measure EVERYTHING. I make time to measure, because I deserve it!
