If you are asking can you lose weight without exercise the answer is yes. Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. Fitness comes from exercise and has a lot of benefits for your health. Consider adding some exercise that you enjoy. Even walking for short times will be beneficial.

I would speed walk one break. Walk the stairs for another. Using the last for bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push ups, glute bridges, wall sits, planks etc.

The kind I purchase says a serving size is one filet and they are individually packaged. Yes, I can see there is some size discrepancy but the calories are so low in salmon that I figure it equals out in the end. So I doubt weigh individually packaged frozen filets. If I was to weigh, I would weigh the thawed filet.

Also I take a very small sample of each dish to try it and decide what I really wish to eat/ what is worth the calories then I take a regular portion. No point in eating a dish that is bland just because it is there.

Having a lot of liquid in my stomach makes me want to toss my cookies. Also if I eat within 90 minutes of my workout it doesn't go well. My ideal window is a meal 3 hours before and if I feel sluggish a small quick carb about an hour before. Any closer and I feel wretched.

Speaking of Rippetoe, he has a video about where to hold the bar in your hand to help prevent calluses. This helped me immensely but not everyone likes it. I'm also a fan of chalk. My gym doesn't provide it so I bring mine in a rock climbing chalk bag with a refillable chalk sock. No mess, no problem.

I 'm also weakest right after ovulation but once my period starts I am in beast mode. I'ver heard that most women are weakest the first couple of days of their period. However I agree that your situating was probably due to not getting enough quality rest.
